She started at Mediate UK as an admin assistant before progressing to Business Support Manager and then to her current role. Under her leadership, the company has won multiple UK Business Awards and BizX awards for customer service and company culture. Belinda is passionate about quality customer service and ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and empowered during a difficult time. |

Jess has over six years of experience in family mediation, shaping the way the network supports clients through separation, child arrangements, and financial settlements in England and Wales. She is a member of Resolution, the solicitors’ organisation dedicated to a constructive approach to family law. Jess is the published author of The Divorce Guide 2026 and is the named editor and fact-checker across all c100form.co.uk content. She leads quality assurance across the network’s training and client engagement. |

Chris YaffesFMC Accredited Family Mediator
Chris is a non-practising family solicitor and highly experienced family mediator. Originally from South Africa, he practised family and criminal law before completing a master’s degree in international relations. He first trained as a divorce mediator in New York State before retraining and acquiring accreditation in the United Kingdom. Chris signs Section 4 of the C100 form for clients who attend a MIAM through our service. He is a member of the Family Mediators Association and an affiliate member of Resolution. |

Karen and Lisa complete C100 applications for our clients through Family Law Service. Karen brings 12 years of experience as an elected local councillor, where she assisted hundreds of constituents with complex family and financial difficulties. She is also a qualified Listening Counsellor. Lisa has over 20 years of professional experience in legal and civil matters, giving her substantial knowledge of court procedures, documentation, and case preparation.
